Eric was born and raised in Des Moines and he knows the Des Moines market. He understands how to appropriately value a home, and how to generate interest in a property. He even educates himself about construction practices and understands current trends in the industry. Eric’s comprehensive knowledge allows him to give his clients all the information they need to make the best choices about buying or selling their homes.

Using both traditional and newer marketing techniques, Eric is able to capture the attention of a wide variety of potential buyers. Newer strategies include maintaining a strong Internet presence that includes social media marketing to make it easy and convenient for buyers to connect with homes for sale. At the same time, Eric employs more traditional techniques, such as print, open houses and agent tours to extend his reach to a broader spectrum of buyers. This multifaceted approach results in more showings and quicker sales.

In his free time, Eric Quiner devotes himself to his family and his community. His is a father of 3 boys Oliver, Walter, and Lewis. Eric and his wife, Jenny, own an urban farm called Dogpatch Urban Gardens. He is a former keyboard player for the funk-band Euforquestra, and he has been the Executive Director of Camp Euforia music a boutique music festival in Lone Tree, IA for since 2003.
