Justin moved out to Colorado in 2016 with only 1,000 dollars in his pocket with no job or a place to live, but with his hustle mentality and work ethic, it didn’t take him long to get on top. He got a job with Keller Williams as an ISA (inside sales agent) Making hundreds of phone calls in a day to set let listing appointments for other agents, some warm, but most were cold. This is where the foundation of Justin’s passion to win for his clients and teammates began, he realized he must hustle and pro-actively make deals happen in order to produce the results required for success. After passing Colorado’s 168-hour pre-licensing state exam Justin decided to sell bottled water on the corner of Powers a Carefree in Colorado Springs for 1$ a piece to pay for his real estate license. Justin had the perseverance and persistence to see his goals through and eventually became known as the most dedicated and hardest working broker associate among his peers.
